fanvin shen | Attorney
Fanvin is an attorney on the High Skilled Immigration Services team working with clients across academia and industry. She handles EB-1A Extraordinary Ability, EB-1B Outstanding Professor/Researcher, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), and O-1 Extraordinary Ability petitions.
Prior to joining Ellis Porter, Fanvin worked for a high-volume employment-based immigration firm, assisting clients in both the self-petitioned and employer-sponsored categories. She also has experience with I-485 applications.
